We are so confident in the services we provide that we choose to be transparent about our pricing. Real Property Management East Cobb offers the following fee structure:
- Leasing fee (to procure tenant) – 50% of one full month’s rent
- Management fee – 8% of rent collected each month (minimum $75)
- Renewal fee for another 1-year term – 35% of one month’s rent
We require you to pay for one inspection per year at a cost of $75.00. Eviction protection is optional and costs $17 per month.
